It has taken my money out from my account but I did not received my booking reference for the ferry I booked from two different accounts but I still have bit received my booking reference for my ferry

Morning I was booked on the sailing with condor coming back yesterday and should have had 2 ocean traveller seats instead i had standard seats so had to purchase two more seats for thirty one pounds and ninty pence we had those seats going out on the twenty six of July i will be grateful if you could issue a full refund kind regards Mr Clarke

I have tried to cancel my booking online, but it's not working. Kindly help with cancelling the booking as soon as possible.

The worst of my experience is trying to contact ferry savers speedily.

Once I could chat on the phone with an agent, things went smoothly and I felt help was really happening.

Sorry but the robots slow response down far too much, leaves a feeling of hopelessness. Apart from that, I cannot understand how DFDS can tell me they have no record of me, after I was on their boat.

They said it was due to me booking through ferry savers ???

My vans fan belt broke, French didn't want to know.

I have booked a ferry for my fiancé and me to travel to Ireland on 30 December 2024 and to return on 3 January 2025. After listening to the news last night, all ferries traveling from Holyhead to Dublin have been canceled until further notice. How do I go about receiving my payment of 335 pounds?

Terrible company, loads of ways to complain how bad Aferry are, but no way to send an email, call them, or amend a booking g complete joke!!!
