Hello,
I have booked a trip from Civitavecchia to Tunis (Ticket ID: GN-920****, Booking ID: 422********) with the GNV Company through a ferry. However, GNV informed me about a change in the trip time. Therefore, I cancelled the reservation and I received a confirmation by email. Nevertheless, the agent from GNV asked me to call Aferry to request a refund. I have tried calling two different numbers without success in reaching you.

I bought ticket with you on 12 November I change car I just wanted to change car registration number no way I cane contact you I tried all options e mail call don't work I Evan want to your website e ferry in Oxfordshire when I arive there postcode take me ther no agencies existed only field and aold 18 centery house you seem like you are scaing people I had a bad day now I got tree dayes trying with no response it's a big shame on you I am going to put that on face book media

Lack of information on your booking site
No facility to call customer relations before confirming my booking. Found a number online which did not work.
Needed confirmation that the sailing had kennels available. Otherwise the border collie would have had to stay in the car for 11 hours.
Website design needs an UX rethink.

J'ai acheté un billet 678 et fait une modification qui m'a coûté 113 ce qui fait un total de 791. Malheureusement, j'ai été dans l'obligation d'annuler mon voyage.
J'ai donc demandé une annulation et un remboursement. On m'a proposé un remboursement qui était tout à fait correct que j'ai accepté. Je me rends compte aujourd'hui qu'un virement pour remboursement de seulement 27 a été fait sur mon compte, ce qui n'est pas la somme qu'on m'a proposé. J'espère que le problème sera résolu.

I have been charged by AFerry for nothing.
They're just scammers. I will make sure to post on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Bonjour. J'ai effectué un paiement par carte bancaire sur l'application AFerry.
Le paiement a été accepté, mais je n'ai pas la réservation. Je n'ai reçu aucun mail et n'arrive pas à me connecter avec mon adresse mail.
Impossible de se connecter même en modifiant le mot de passe. Je n'ai rien dans mes spam non plus.
Preferred solution: Je voudrais avoir ma réservation / me connecter à mon compte
