I've tried to book for the 26th of Feb and paid for the trip. I'm not sure if it's jumped to March, but only realised on the confirmation that it is March.
I need to see if I can change it or get a refund. Awfully sorry.

I would have preferred option to speak to customer advisor. However, although process a little lengthy the customer advisor was able to assist. Thank you.

The worst of my experience is trying to contact ferry savers speedily.
Once I could chat on the phone with an agent, things went smoothly and I felt help was really happening.
Sorry but the robots slow response down far too much, leaves a feeling of hopelessness. Apart from that, I cannot understand how DFDS can tell me they have no record of me, after I was on their boat.
They said it was due to me booking through ferry savers ???
My vans fan belt broke, French didn't want to know.
I'm only being rescued as my Insurance people arranged assistance. Is that enough ?
