App didn’t work no way to change ferry or contact company

I travelled to England recently with a return bookings DFDS from Dover to Calais due for Fri 02 Aug 2024 at 13:15
I got corona while in England and had to delay.
DFDS said I had to go through aFerry because I had booked with them
AFerry have a great all singing and all dancing app which has purportedly allowed make bold decisions such as removing all our AFerry change and cancel fees, giving you more money to spend on your holiday.
As a result they have no telephone customer care and no email
Great idea, if the app works
Unfortunately the my account button which you have to click to get into the system doesnt respond.
I had a ticket which had a charge for changing, (though this says now it would be theoretically free) and spent about a day from 1-2 August while pretty ill trying to postpone the trip. I wrote emails to DFDS and to the email addresses which had issued the tickets, but got not response.
In the end I rebooked at a last minute cost of £106.00
I would like to get this back minus whatever charge I was liable for for changing.
I have been using aFerry.com for years and the app with instant flexibility is great.

So is the ability to turn up early or late and catch the next ferry. Its a great service. But if you set all your money on one communication system it has to work.
I tried to click the button on 3 different system - mobile, tablet and desktop pc to no avail.

I recorded my screen while trying to do it and have copies of the email I tried to send. Now 1 1/2 weeks later the my account button still doesnt respond so it must be well and truly dead.

Ammanad my booking

Your services was bad .I try to amande my booking and paid the amount you ask me to paid but nothing was done I paid Money to P&O for the same services .so you have to paid my Money back. I can send you any receipts I have . Still waiting for the money .

Poor customer service, wanted to amend my booking, paid 146 pounds fee and no answers till now, been three days now and no refund no answers at all.
The number doesn't work so you only can contact them by chat.
