No booking confirmation received, no e mail address and customer service no unobtainable, we cannot access account on website either

I booked a trip between Genova in Italy and Tunis in Tunisia. I proceeded to payment, but a message came back indicating that payment was not possible and that no payment would be done. It's wrong; I checked my bank account, and payment is ongoing.

I have made a booking today, and money has been taken from my bank account (paid by PayPal), but there is no booking confirmation.
