Verified ReviewerHolly head ferry boat to Dublin closed. How do I get my refund?
I have booked a ferry for my fiancé and me to travel to Ireland on 30 December 2024 and to return on 3 January 2025. After listening to the news last night, all ferries traveling from Holyhead to Dublin have been canceled until further notice. How do I go about receiving my payment of 335 pounds?
Preferred solution: Full refund
To change booking due to previous ferry @Hollyhead being cancelled due to Storm Darragh

So basically, I went to the ferry and my daughter's passport was expired, which I didn't know, and they said I could have a refund since I didn't go with the ferry boat anymore.

A ferry ‚my account‘ button doesn’t work. Couldn’t change booking due to corona because there was no way to get through
I have up to now had a great experience with aFerry.com and DFDS between Calais and Dover
This time I had to change a return journey from Dover to Calais because I had corona - social thinking etc
A ferry has a super convenient my account button where everything is handled instantly and without charge by a chat bot only it doesnt work! The app rejected a changed password 3 times and when I did get through it said click The chat bot button below to proceed but the chat or button didnt work.
As everything is based on being in the chat bot and there are no other ways to contact,y sailing was not cancelled and I have to rebook and pay again
I cant find any way of contacting aFerry. Com to dispute this either
DFDS ( the actual ferry company) also has a chat or system which DOES work but their reply was cant Help you if you booked on aFerry.com you have to change through them
As these things all happen by chat bot and not email you end upbeats no thread or e-papertrail of what has happened
User's recommendation: Check or change far in advance. Take out insurance in case you can’t . Take screenshots of all communicatiions. If anyone has a way of making a complaint or asking for a refund from aFerry please let me know!

After receiving an email that my booking had not gone through and without checking my actual booking I paid £127.50 1663****,2235**** refs. as I didn't want to lose the crossing
I thought this email was from DFDS which I had booked for the same crossing but at 23
00 pm therefore I have 2 bookings for a ferry on the same day
I have emailed Aferry through my app booking several times but no reply
