Holyhead has been cancelled what are you doing about it we sailed on the 21 of December so Holyhead has been cancelled to the 15 of January we sailed on the 21 of dec and come back on the 29 of December y am I having to contact you you should be contacting me about my trip I book with you sort what are you doing about it

So basically, I went to the ferry and my daughter's passport was expired, which I didn't know, and they said I could have a refund since I didn't go with the ferry boat anymore.

Is the sailing still on fur Saturday afternoon on the 22 of December 2024 at 14:10 from Holyhead to Dublin and what ferry am I book on to please
A ferry ‚my account‘ button doesn’t work. Couldn’t change booking due to corona because there was no way to get through
I have up to now had a great experience with aFerry.com and DFDS between Calais and Dover
This time I had to change a return journey from Dover to Calais because I had corona - social thinking etc
A ferry has a super convenient my account button where everything is handled instantly and without charge by a chat bot only it doesnt work! The app rejected a changed password 3 times and when I did get through it said click The chat bot button below to proceed but the chat or button didnt work.
As everything is based on being in the chat bot and there are no other ways to contact,y sailing was not cancelled and I have to rebook and pay again
I cant find any way of contacting aFerry. Com to dispute this either
DFDS ( the actual ferry company) also has a chat or system which DOES work but their reply was cant Help you if you booked on aFerry.com you have to change through them
As these things all happen by chat bot and not email you end upbeats no thread or e-papertrail of what has happened
User's recommendation: Check or change far in advance. Take out insurance in case you can’t . Take screenshots of all communicatiions. If anyone has a way of making a complaint or asking for a refund from aFerry please let me know!

After receiving an email that my booking had not gone through and without checking my actual booking I paid £127.50 1663****,2235**** refs. as I didn't want to lose the crossing
I thought this email was from DFDS which I had booked for the same crossing but at 23
00 pm therefore I have 2 bookings for a ferry on the same day
I have emailed Aferry through my app booking several times but no reply

I travelled to England recently with a return bookings DFDS from Dover to Calais due for Fri 02 Aug 2024 at 13:15
I got corona while in England and had to delay.
DFDS said I had to go through aFerry because I had booked with them
AFerry have a great all singing and all dancing app which has purportedly allowed make bold decisions such as removing all our AFerry change and cancel fees, giving you more money to spend on your holiday.
As a result they have no telephone customer care and no email
Great idea, if the app works
Unfortunately the my account button which you have to click to get into the system doesnt respond.
I had a ticket which had a charge for changing, (though this says now it would be theoretically free) and spent about a day from 1-2 August while pretty ill trying to postpone the trip. I wrote emails to DFDS and to the email addresses which had issued the tickets, but got not response.
In the end I rebooked at a last minute cost of £106.00
I would like to get this back minus whatever charge I was liable for for changing.
I have been using aFerry.com for years and the app with instant flexibility is great.
So is the ability to turn up early or late and catch the next ferry. Its a great service. But if you set all your money on one communication system it has to work.
I tried to click the button on 3 different system - mobile, tablet and desktop pc to no avail.
I recorded my screen while trying to do it and have copies of the email I tried to send. Now 1 1/2 weeks later the my account button still doesnt respond so it must be well and truly dead.
User's recommendation: Don’t try to change your travel..
Cancel booking booked wrong
No answer on the phone tried to call the cancel no annswer at all, i wanted to cancel as i booked wrong destination departure did as return

I have booked a trip from Civitavecchia to Tunis (Ticket ID: GN-920****, Booking ID: 422********) with the GNV Company through a ferry. However, GNV informed me about a change in the trip time. Therefore, I cancelled the reservation and I received a confirmation by email. Nevertheless, the agent from GNV asked me to call Aferry to request a refund. I have tried calling two different numbers without success in reaching you.
